Shipping policy

Production

Each piece is made to order and shipped from the USA. Production typically takes 1 to 2 days before your order ships.

Shipping Times

Most US orders arrive within 7 to 10 days from the date of order. This includes both production and shipping. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to two weeks.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum order required.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by email. If you don't receive tracking within five days of ordering, reach out to us at care@oakgravel.com and we'll look into it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at care@oakgravel.com. We can't change an address once an order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Orders

A few things sit outside what we can control: carrier delays once a package leaves the facility, lost packages in transit, and international customs charges. For those, the carrier is the right place to start.

International Shipping

Oak & Gravel currently ships primarily within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would like to order, please contact us. We may be able to arrange a custom shipment. Any international duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on unworn items.

To start a return, email us at care@oakgravel.com with your order number. We'll send you simple return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return arrives safely. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within a few days.
