Ordering & Returns

Do I need to do anything before ordering?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Each piece is made to order and goes into production automatically. Once an order is processing, we can't change the address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, the customer covers the cost of re-shipping. If you spot a mistake within an hour of ordering, contact us right away at care@oakgravel.com and we'll see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within one hour of placing it. After that, it's already in production and can't be changed or canceled.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unworn items in original condition.

To start a return, email care@oakgravel.com with your order number and we'll send you simple return instructions and the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within a few days using your original payment method.

Can I exchange or return damaged items?

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at care@oakgravel.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Send us a photo and your order number, and we'll either replace the item or refund you. I'd much rather hear about a problem directly and make it right than read about it in a review I can't respond to.

For anything else, the standard 30-day return window applies.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost once verified.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method so your return arrives safely. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within a few days using your original payment method.

Can I use multiple discounts at once?

Only one discount can be applied per order. Product-specific discounts, automatic bundle offers, and welcome codes can’t be combined at checkout. The best available offer will always apply automatically.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?

Yes. If you're interested in placing a bulk or group order, contact us at care@oakgravel.com and we'll discuss what's possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum order and no code required. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive within 7 to 10 days from the date of order. This includes both production and shipping. Delivery times may vary based on weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to two weeks.

When do you process and ship orders?

Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 1 to 2 days before your order ships. Once it leaves the facility, it's handed off to USPS, UPS, or another carrier for transit.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. We'll send you a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Carriers often take a day or two to update tracking after a shipment is handed off. If you don't receive tracking within five days of ordering, reach out to us at care@oakgravel.com and we'll look into it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your address before checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at care@oakgravel.com. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can't change the address.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

A few things sit outside what we can control: carrier delays once a package leaves the facility, lost packages in transit, and international customs charges. For those, the carrier is the right place to start.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at the moment. We offer standard shipping only.

Do you ship internationally?

Oak & Gravel currently ships primarily within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would like to order, please contact us at care@oakgravel.com. We may be able to arrange a custom shipment.

Product Details

What size should I choose?

Every product page includes a detailed sizing chart next to the size selector with measurements, fit notes, and expected shrinkage. For a roomier, lived-in fit, many customers choose to size up.

What materials do you use?

Our tees are heavyweight garment-dyed cotton, made for a soft, lived-in feel from the first wear. Sweatshirts and hoodies are cotton-poly fleece, midweight and pill-resistant. Each product page includes the full material spec and care instructions.

How should I care for my tee?

100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for a softened feel and rich color from the first wear. 6.1 oz heavyweight fabric with a relaxed, classic fit.

Wash inside out on cold. Tumble dry low or hang dry. The gentler you treat it, the longer the print and fabric hold up.

How should I care for my sweatshirt?

50/50 cotton-poly fleece at 8 oz for a midweight feel that holds warmth without bulk. Pill-resistant yarn keeps the surface smooth wash after wash. Classic fit with ribbed cuffs and collar.

Wash inside out on cold. Tumble dry low. Skip the fabric softener. The fleece stays softer without it.

How should I care for my hoodie?

50/50 cotton-poly fleece at 8 oz with a double-lined hood and color-matched drawcord. Front pouch pocket. Pill-resistant yarn keeps the surface smooth wash after wash. Classic fit with ribbed cuffs and waistband.

Wash inside out on cold. Tumble dry low to medium. Skip the fabric softener. The fleece stays softer without it.
