Ordering & Returns
Do I need to do anything before ordering?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Our orders go into production automatically. Once an order is processing, we cannot make address changes. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, it can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. If you have any concerns, contact us at care@oakgravel.com or via our Contact Page.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and not customized. Email care@oakgravel.com and we will take care of the rest.
Can I use multiple discounts at once?
Only one discount can be applied per order. Product-specific discounts, automatic bundle offers, and welcome codes can’t be combined at checkout. The best available offer will always apply automatically.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?
Yes, please contact us directly if you are interested in placing a bulk or group order. We will be happy to discuss available options.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times may vary based on weather, shipping volume, or other factors outside our control.
When do you process and ship orders?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, your order is handed off to USPS, UPS, or another trusted delivery service for transit.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey from our print studio to your door. Carriers often take 1–2 business days to update tracking after a shipment is handed off.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 per order. Spend $75 or more and enjoy free shipping on us.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please double-check your address before checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order is in production or shipped, we cannot make address changes.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed or missing, please check your tracking first and contact the carrier directly. Carrier Claims: UPS — ups.com/guestclaims/create / USPS — usps.com/help/claims.htm. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. We currently offer standard shipping only, but we are exploring faster options for the future.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us. We may be able to arrange a special shipment.

We include a detailed sizing chart on each product page, right next to the size selector. It explains measurements, fit, and expected shrinkage to help you choose confidently.
What materials do you use?
Our shirts are made from premium cotton blends designed for comfort, durability, and softness. Built for everyday wear and the trail alike.
Do you prioritize fast delivery or product quality?
Both matter to us, but quality comes first. We ship as quickly as possible while ensuring each piece meets our standards for craftsmanship and comfort.

To care for your clothing items, always check the care label or instructions on the garment. In general, most clothing can be machine-washed in cold water with like colors, but specific care recommendations may vary.
How do I prevent clothes from shrinking?
To prevent clothes from shrinking, wash them in cold water, avoid using high heat settings in the dryer, and consider air-drying or laying the items flat to dry.
What's the best way to remove stains from clothing?
The method for removing stains depends on the type of stain and fabric. It's essential to address stains promptly, follow care label instructions, and use appropriate stain removers.
Are there any clothing items that should not be machine-washed?
Some clothing items, such as delicate lace, beaded garments, and leather or suede pieces, should not be machine-washed. Hand-washing or professional cleaning may be required for these items.
